YCare Virtual Care enables healthcare organizations to improve quality of care and lower costs

ORLANDO, Florida – March 30, 2020 – YCare, Inc. announces availability of YCare Virtual Care, powered by Dell Technologies. The integrated solution dramatically simplifies deployment of patient-centered virtual care for patients with chronic conditions.

Healthcare, homecare and behavioral health providers can now receive reimbursement for their remote patient encounters with Medicare-eligible patients when using YCare’s technology. YCare translates the remote patient encounters into billable events and generates a clean, compliant bill aligned with CMS policy.

Designed to bring together YCare’s top-rated software and the simplicity and reliability of the Dell Chromebook 3100, patients will receive a complete package for remote monitoring including preconfigured medical IoT devices based on their chronic condition. There are two kits available with the initial launch. Patients with a heart condition, would receive a blood pressure device and weight scale. Patients with diabetes would receive a glucometer and scale. Other IoT devices can be added as required by the patient’s condition. For patients without a WiFi connection, a reliable cellular data connection can be added.

Vadim Cherdak, PhD, founder and CEO of YCare, said, “We are thrilled with the opportunity to collaborate with Dell Technologies. Together, we have simplified the patient experience and provided a cost-effective solution that enables Remote Patient Monitoring to be deployed at scale. When combined with Dell Technologies, we have one of the best Connected Health solutions on the market.”

“This is Connected Health as we expected it to be,” said Dr. Koroleva, DO, owner of Lindenwood Medical and YCare customer for over 2 years. “YCare is easy to use; no installation or deployment problems. The patient measures their blood pressure, glucose or weight at home, and I can immediately review their vital signs and trends on the office laptop and on my tablet. We have a case study demonstrating a 15% reduction in hospitalizations. It’s great for my practice and my patients.”

“Dell Technologies is helping our customers and partners design patient-first and data-first healthcare solutions to accelerate safer and smarter care,” said Ron Pugh, vice president and general manager, OEM, Embedded & Edge Solutions, Dell Technologies. “Our work with YCare will empower clinicians to more efficiently care for patients virtually, improving the quality of care and patient experience.”
